I want to cancel due to a change in plan after the cancellation fee period has begun. Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
Suppose you cancel your accommodation plan between 3 days before and on the day of your stay.
In that case, the cancellation fee for the plan you are canceling will be free of charge only if the previous plan was paid for on-site, the new plan is booked for the same date as the previous plan, and you notify us of the change.
If you have food allergies, please contact us at least 3 days in advance. We will respond with a menu that removes the relevant ingredients. However, if you have a serious allergy, or if you make a last-minute reservation or contact us, we may not be able to accommodate you, so please ask the front staff in such cases.
Is it possible to accommodate vegetarians?
There are varying degrees of vegetarianism, but simple changes such as removing only meat can be accommodated with at least 3 days' notice. It is not possible to remove animal ingredients contained in seasonings and processed foods.
Can you provide Halal service?
Basically, we cannot accept halal food. However, in simple cases where only pork and alcohol are prohibited (vaporized alcohol is OK), we may be able to accommodate this, so please ask the front staff.
Can you remove the foods you don't like?
Basically, we do not accept changes in ingredients due to likes and dislikes. However, if you have special condition such as illness or pregnancy, please ask us in advance.
Can I add meals reservatin even if I made a reservation of room only plan?
If you need meals, please make a reservation by the following time.
Can I order a la carte dishes in addition to the course menu of dinner?
Yes, you can take an additional a la carte orders if you have a reservation of a course menu.
A la carte menus and drink menus are available on the table of dinner.
*However, please note that there may be some menu items that are difficult to accommodate due to ingredient availability.
Regarding pick up service
Do you have a pick up service?
Our pick up service is only be provided once a day. Pick-up will depart from Tobu Nikko Station at 13:30. For drop-off, please meet at the lobby at 9:30, and we will depart as soon as you are ready. . Please reserve in advance as seats are limited.
Our pick up car is wine color microbus or silver wagon with our logo.
Is it possible to pick up and drop off at locations other than Tobu Nikko Station ?
We are sorry, but we cannot provide transportation to any location other than Tobu Nikko Station.

Can I reserve a private open-air bath at check-in?

Regarding use of ONSEN by people with tattoos
If I have a tattoo (including one-point tattoos or design tattoos), can I go to a hot spring?
Our hotel sells tattoo stickers that are about the size of business cards, so you can use ONSEN as long as you can cover them up with the stickers.
If it is larger than that, please use the private open-air bath. Reservations are required for the private open-air bath, so please call us or email in advance to reserve your desired time.
